The coaches are all really helpful and personable. I also like the variety of the workouts in each block. I haven't come across the same workout twice! I also definitely don't have the motivation to go to the gym by myself so this has helped me want to get up in the morning and work out! The social aspect is so awesome, it's like a little family.
I like the structure and having someone there to push me to try my best.

It really worked every muscle group and the facility was clean- the coach was awesome (helpful and motivating) and the music was great!

I love the supportive environment at OTF Bowling Green. As soon I walk through the door, I’m greeted by someone at the front desk. It’s always exciting to me to see who will be in my class that day, whether it’s a friend, someone who I engage in friendly competition with, or a new face.
The personal trainer led workout is great to keep me motivated and coming back. The coaches keep you accountable and encourage you for the duration of the workout.
Love the encouragement to push yourself to the max and giving it your all ! At the end of class leaving and feeling accomplished !
One thing that is disappointing and definitely a downfall especially when you have kids ...is the class cancellation policy or even changing to a different time on same day A BIG reason of canceling membership for ME.

Variety. Good instruction.
I like the fact that it pushes me harder than I would myself. I don’t like cardio, so it was good to be challenged in that area. I also liked that it didn’t feel like a traditional exercise class, and I could have as much or as little interaction as I wanted.
I enjoy the fact that everyday is different! I love that I don’t have to think about what to do! The hour goes by so quickly and I don’t dread any part of it!!!

Lots of different movements so even during 1 workout you won’t get bored. The 8h required to cancel is a great motivator for me to go even though I may be tired or feeling lazy.
I love that everyday is a different template. When I was working out on my own, I found myself doing the same things from workout to workout.
