I like Orange Theory because every workout continues to challenge me and the coaches keep the workouts fresh and new. I never feel like I’m doing the same workout in a week. They also promote different challenges often to motivate you to continue to challenge yourself.
Love the workouts - in 60 minutes I get a full 30 minute cardio, my heart gets going, just where I need it. I love the variety of the exercise, the core and strength training. After almost a year, I still go 4 times or more per week and am not bored - the mix of exercises and training sessions between endurance, strengths, agility keeps it fresh.

Great workout! Takes a few visits to get used to all the lingo and the pace but it’s worth it. My running speed on the road is much faster from doing the interval sprints and hills! Weight portion also effective. Nice people.
All of the instructors are good at motivating participants. They make exercise enjoyable.
I like the two coaches I've had so far. It was not intimidating. The music wasn't too loud and it wasn't too dark (critics I have of Solid Core). I like doing intervals at different speeds on the tread mill - it keeps it interesting. I like seeing my feedback turn orange, very satisfying. I feel good afterwards.
We like how attentive the front desk staff is. We like how they encourage my daughter and me and always put us next to each other. We appreciate the guidance the trainers provide as we learn the exercises and how to use the equipment. We appreciate the cleanliness of the location and the showers. We appreciate the flexibility to let my daughter try OTF for one month and then assess her experience. We appreciate the friendliness, flexibility, and encouragement of the OTF Cleveland Park team!

I used to hate working out, but with OTF, it’s fun. The curriculum is changed frequently; the coaches are wonderful; and all the staff are nice. I’ve really enjoyed going to OTF, which adds to my motivation to work out.

Great workouts, amazing coaches, location is convenient for me. Studio is great too
