The studio and trainers are great. My one suggestion would be to change the order of the 2G and 3G classes some days of the week so 3G isn’t at 5:30 every weekday and 2G at 6:45 every weekday. It would be nice if those are swapped at least one day a week.

I love the intensity and the energy that the coach brings to the workout. I like the variety of exercises and how doable but challenging they are.
I like getting a lot of calories burned in a quick, short period.
In the one-hour class, I consistently burn 1000+ calories, intensely lifting weights, rowing, and running. Afterward, I always feel cardiovascularly awesome. Sometimes delayed onset muscle soreness the next day reminds me to rest and recover a day in-between workouts.

Just a great workout - enjoy pushing myself to the limit but appreciate being able to go at my own pace. Funny, enthusiastic, helpful coaches.

The workouts are creative and challenging. The classes are results driven and I have been pleased the physical/mental changes I’ve made through my workouts. All the OTT Coaches are very positive and well trained. If I have a question about the workout, I’m given great information.
