Consistent intensity
I feel like a get a difficult and complete workout in just one hour!
I love how Orangetheory promotes consistency! The workouts are always different but the same goals are always kept in mind. Each month I notice progress that I haven’t experienced before.
Coach Kennedy is great. She’s very skilled and helpful. I like that my workouts are never the same and I get to target all of my muscles in one class.

Intensity
I love OTF. It is a great workout packed in to one hour block.
I was not a "workout" guy for the longest time. But I asked a close friend a few years ago about it because it seemed like OTF had done good things for her. Flashforward to now, it is an essential part of my week to do OTF three to four times a week. I'm faster, stronger, and healthier. And it's done great things for my mental health. The people are lovely and adaptable. I talked another of my friends into it recently, and I think he's in for it. Give it a chance. You won't regret it. And make sure it's OTF14 because they're pretty great.

I like that it's not too "pushy" but still pushes me out of my comfort zone in a super welcoming and fun environment. Everyone feels very welcome, and that makes the workouts feel so much more accessible and enjoyable.

It's challenging, but also very fun. The music and atmosphere make the time go by quickly.
