As someone dedicated to health (but a bit lazy), I've been a member of just about every national workout chain. Nothing comes close to providing the holistic approach to staying fit, as OT. The coaches keep us on track (always fun and encouraging); moving between different stations (run/walk; rowing; and weights) makes the hour go fast; and the high-intensity low-impact coverage targets weight and muscle mass. It's a hardworking ONE hour shift that flies by. And I don't have more than an hour to workout in any given day. Finally, the results have been impressive. And frankly, it's addictive.
I absolutely love the community and the workout! I feel so motivated to show up to OTF every day because the coaches, staff and members are all so supportive.

I love the diversity the OrangeTheory brings to my workout schedule. Being a runner I love the treadmill part and the challenges of the push and all-put paces. Not being particularly fond of strength training I love the combination which drives me to “get it done” whatever it takes and I have seen incredible results after joining.

It is full body, high intensity, and only 1 hour. I love the trainers and how quickly they come to know you when you go regularly. They push you and know when you can do more. Their energy is perfect for getting you through the workout.
