Certain coaches really inspire me to come - Ameilia, Tawny, Connor are all so very positive. I appreciate the adaptations they give to help me avoid too much jumping (due to old bones and a bad knee) I also appreciate the various class time - allows flexibility that works with my schedule.
The templets are different the coaches have a lot of energy and that motivates me to work out front desk employees are very personable 🤩

The structure and accountability
I like how variable they are at targeting different aspects of healthiness. I also love the instructors at our San Luis Obispo location.
Coaches are enthusiastic, staff is friendly, workout is challenging!
The all around body workout is amazing. I can't do some of the floor exercises and will get an alternative. I try to get friends to try it out but for some reason it's a dubbed as a young person's workout place and too hard. I think, some of the over 60 crowd are not comfortable there.
Structure, awesome coaches and front staff. This is the only gym I’ve stayed consistent with and I’ve been a member now for over a year.
I love that it is already planned and I don't have to think about it. I love that it is different each class and gives me a different workout each time I attend a class. I love that the coaches are there to encourage and give guidance!

The team at the Rocklin location are super friendly and encouraging. It is a fun atmosphere and they play great music! 10/10

The personal trainers tell you what to do. I don’t have to think about it.
Location, new equipment, speed of pace, work at your own effort and heart rate, instruction, whole body workout, no thinking required, good calorie burn, muscle building, music ( except rap).
I am told exactly what to do and for how long. Also, the exercises are adjustable to meet your own pace/ physical ability
both coaches are very motivating and try to make every member feel like apart of the team.
I love that there is a new challenge every few minutes. It never gets boring. I also love how easy it is to track your progress through the app or just by seeing your paces, heart rate and weights change over time. The coaches are wonderful at motivating the class and helping when anyone needs an adjustment or modification.
