I like the variety. Since it is never the same, I don't get bored and it goes by quickly. I appreciate the data and feedback from the wearable device, it lets me work harder than I would without it but I also know when to slow down and not overdo it.

Great workouts, great coaches, great staff!! Especially coaches Nicole, Sarah, Jenn, and Liz - they are all extremely motivating, instructional, and empathetic. I've lost over 30 pounds in the past 6 months by being consistent with OTF workouts and my food choices, so I'd recommend OTF to anyone and everyone!!
Jason and Juanita are the such great coaches and motivators. The workout is fun and always different. As a former athlete, it's the best way I've found to regain fitness and keep up with it.

I like that the coaches are there to support in anyway they can. Even if it’s just a posture correction. I wouldn’t have gotten this more personalized workout anywhere else without having to pay an arm or a leg

Tight, 1 hour, and very strenuous. I also like the feedback from the monitor.
OTF pushes you then YOU push yourself to your own limit. It encompasses cardio and weights. Love both. The Coaches are always fired up and ready to go. Some push you harder and some sit back and let you be you. Alls good.
