What do you like about our workout?

Excellent front counter staff, always happy to see and greet you by name.
I usually get in 3 sessions a week.
Capable, enthusiastic trainers keep a watchful eye and take note when someone needs help/advice.
I always feel terrific following a session. Often it’s the best part of my day.
The place has a good friendly vibe.
Only critique - the music can often be too loud. (P.S. I’m 66.)

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety. Since it is never the same, I don't get bored and it goes by quickly. I appreciate the data and feedback from the wearable device, it lets me work harder than I would without it but I also know when to slow down and not overdo it.

What do you like about our workout?

Great workouts, great coaches, great staff!! Especially coaches Nicole, Sarah, Jenn, and Liz - they are all extremely motivating, instructional, and empathetic. I've lost over 30 pounds in the past 6 months by being consistent with OTF workouts and my food choices, so I'd recommend OTF to anyone and everyone!!

Jason and Juanita are the such great coaches and motivators. The workout is fun and always different. As a former athlete, it's the best way I've found to regain fitness and keep up with it.

I love the atmosphere. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and the staff are genuine about helping you reach your goals. The coaches are amazing and really inspire you to keep going. It's like a family there !!!

I like that the coaches are there to support in anyway they can. Even if it’s just a posture correction. I wouldn’t have gotten this more personalized workout anywhere else without having to pay an arm or a leg

OTF pushes you then YOU push yourself to your own limit. It encompasses cardio and weights. Love both. The Coaches are always fired up and ready to go. Some push you harder and some sit back and let you be you. Alls good.

I've been going for many years now. I'm not a spring chicken but I feel apart of a 'family" when I'm there, and everyone is so supportive.

I love the enthusiasm of the coaches - the variety of the workouts, the encouragement received from the coaches, the overall camaraderie of the studio.
the versatility of being able to go at your own pace and yet be challenged every workout.
Safe and easy, but with the ability to really push and get the most out of every session.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the environment that is set up for us every workout. From the energy the coaches bring, to the organized workout plan planned out for us ( not to mention the amazing music playlist) I also love how every set is explained to us thoroughly- especially for those of us who are new to fitness. I never feel like I “ can’t ” do something!
