I like that we have an encouraging coach that takes us through each workout who knows how we are supposed to do the exercises and cheers us on to reach out goals and the most important thing is that they tell us what to do and I don't have to think!

Everything, from the time I walked in till I left I felt welcomed, Coach a Michelle was amazing,
I love that there is a great mix of things to do. I get bored easily with workouts, so it keeps me focused. In all fairness, the coaches and music are what make the class. The group of coaches that are there now are wonderful, with a special shout out to Rocklin. He brings the music in the energy every single time.

First of all, the entire staff is amazing, very welcoming, the coaches are helpful and motivating! The culture they developed is two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼
Secondly, the workouts are different every day. Makes it interesting and challenging.
Orange theory is by far the most efficient creative place for an hour workout
Workouts are affective and the instructors and front desk staff makes me feel at home! I’ve seen the best changes in my body from the workouts and I use to hate running. I can’t believe how fast I can sprint now! The instructors are always nice and makes sure to show correct form and some encouragement when you’re dying!

I really like it
The workouts are fun and interactive and the coaches are so fun and motivate you to not give up. Prefer having a group workout where you are told exactly what workout to do then going to a regular gym where you can’t find any equipment or you have to figure out what workout to do next. The music is a plus as well.

I like the coaches especially Brooke, Nicole, Michael, and Jenn (Elk Grove CA) they are supportive, attentive, really great motivators, knowledgable at at their job and last but least, energetic. Sometimes we all need that added push from their coachs to get through the current workout or to take it to that next level. They have the drive and the comittment to us (customers) to deliver the OTF promise. Keep up the great work and the OTF spirit.
