Where do I start… First off, I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to complete the workout on the very first day. So nervous! But I did it and then I remember coming home saying, I can’t wait to go back again. Started with 8 classes a month and then upgraded to unlimited. My goal is 3 to 4 classes a week. I love the environment and how classes are set up. You don’t have to do much thinking on your own and are guided the entire workout. Coaches are encouraging and just then fact that you can have eyes on your heart rate most the workout is so helpful for hitting your target heart rate. I love Orangetheory and recommend it to everyone I know!

Being able to go at my pace but the encouragement from all the coaches, to not be scared to push myself. The coaches are full of motivation and the front staff is super helpful.
I love the workouts, the coaches, the comradery within the studio, and how it makes me feel stronger and a feeling of accomplishment when I don't think I can. There is encouragement within the studio to push us to be a better version of ourselves in all ways.
I love that very little time is wasted and that the time goes by so quickly in class. I love the music that is played and the fact that coaches pay attention to form and make corrections.
Cardio workout
It’s challenging enough to make me we want to go back and feel sore every time.
It’s intense and led by great instructors- 1 hour and you’re done felling like you’ve had a great workout!
It is a complete body workout from which your body never gets used to, allowing you to reach your healthy goal!
Great coaches, great variety, great staff, great workout buddies. Most effective hour around!

The energetic environment and the culture of not staring at others while working out.
I was hesitant but I really enjoy the HIIT focus of the workout. Being competitive, I also love the tv showing the stats of my (and everyone else's) workout. It keeps me super motivated to push myself as much as possible.
Fun and supportive atmosphere! I look forward to making my workout time a priority now!
I like that it's different every time. I like the coaches, and the music, and the overall environment being very positive and supportive. I am not usually someone who likes circuit training, or going to gyms, so it's a big deal for me to say that!
