Workouts start on time! The coach’s are knowledgeable and motivating. The equipment is appropriate and works (except rower 7 has been problematic). The workouts are always different and include a warm-up and cool down. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I enjoy orange theory workouts kicking my butt into shape.
The coaches are caring, funny and supportive. The workouts are extreme. The support staff is amazing and take care of every little thing. And the members are like one big OTF family.
I like that it's a 60 minute workout, focused on aerobics with the addition of weights. I didn't think I would like the class format; I usually like to work out on my own, but the instructors (so far) have not been too intrusive and while everyone who is whatever station is working on the same "plan," each person can go at their own pace. I like that it's treadmill, rowing machine, and weights, which is what I did at my other gym.
Exactly what I was looking for.
I like that it's never a boring workout. I'm able to challenge myself & have a fresh workout while still being familiar with the individual exercises. The community aspect & encouragement from members & staff is great

the Coaches are so wonderful and the staff too always different want you to keep going, and the coaches don’t hesitate to help you if notice that are doing a workout wrong in the weights section of the classes, and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly
