I like that it's easy to get into a class, natomas 7:30am is only offered M/W/F and it's booked weeks in advance. It's frustrating. And their next class isn't until 9:45am. But midtown that's never an issue. It's easy to workout when I want to. The desk staff and coaches and professional and friendly.

I love the stations that the coach puts together and love the encouragement from coaches. I love being greeted by name at the door coming in by the coach it makes me feel seen and loved.
I have been trying to loose weight and get healthier for a long time. I had gastric sleeve surgery in February to help me attain my weight loss goals. I came to a free class and for the first time I did not feel like I was being judged for my weight. Every class I feel motivated to do better.
This is the greatest gym I’ve ever been to, everyone is sooooo amazing and kind and sooo welcoming. Everytime I walk in the studio, I just feel like the front desk (Kate) is a ray of sunshine and always greets me with a smile, makes me so excited to work out.

Orange theory keeps things interesting by having running, rowing, and weights all in one workout session. As someone who thinks running or rowing is boring, it’s a great way to make it fun and get my cardio endurance up.
It’s better than any gym. You walk in and the workout is setup for you. There’s no guess work, I know exactly What I should be doing by following my coaches voice. I love the heart monitors and seeing which zone I am working in. I am able to push harder or slow down by watching the monitors. The workouts are never boring. You do something different for every workout.
I love the coaches. Lisa & Jaclyn inspire me to come in every week & be my best self. i love how they keep me motivated & help me improve !

Rockin, Rocklin, Rocklin!!! Great coach and makes it a fun workout.
All of the coaches are so supportive, and super helpful with explanations and modifications when needed. The workout itself is great- with the 3 rounds it feels like it goes by so fast.
