I love OTF it’s fantastic! I wish I could know the workouts like the day before bc if I’m wondering if I should go or not, it would be helpful to know if the day will be a leg heavy or arms or … also I think OTF should offer a 5 or 10 min ab burn out at the end of class and also a longer stretching period or another room to stay and stretch for 5 min longer

Front desk staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome. For me, working out is intimidating since I am out of shape, have not worked out regularly and don’t know how to do the floor exercises.
I love that the workouts are different every time. Seeing the calories/heart rate/splat points motivates me to work harder!

It’s the most fun and most challenging workout I’ve ever done. I saw results after just two classes. My injuries have healed through strengthening. Everyone that works there is so enthusiastic and helpful. This is definitely the workout for me. I look forward to every class.

I like the fact that it is a good balance between cardio and weight-lifting/strength training. I like all the different challenges you come up with. I think some improvement could be made with regards to choice of music. I go twice a week, and each time I am disappointed that so much great music for exercising is ignored in favor of the less appealing (to me) rap music.
The coaches are all very good. Sometimes it is hard to hear their instructions when the music is loud.
It's challenging while still being fun!
I love how you can go at your own pace. This was my first time at orangetheory and the variety in workouts I loved. Knowing that the classes change every session will help me not get bored with the workout and will help me with my consistency issue. I also like the heart monitor, color zone system. It makes me want to push it to get into the orange zone.
