I LOVE our instructor, Dee. She is very informative. Dee gives you alternative moves in case you aren’t at the level of others. She encourages you to go at your own pace and feel proud of where you are on your exercise journey. Great music and camaraderie!

Motivates me to do more!!! Pushes me past my comfort zone and after 5 classes I’m already seeing results and feeling stronger. Coaches are very supportive and encouraging. Can’t get enough of OT!
Zach is AWESOME! The workout kicked my butt and challenged me in the best way possible. Love being able to track my work through my heart rate. I wouldn’t push myself this hard on my own. Can’t wait until my next class!

I love OTF Sherman Oaks!! Been a member for 3 weeks now. Parking is free and plentiful, the staff is so amazing and kind, it’s clean in the entire place, includes showers and bathrooms, there are the dial number lockers that you can use for free, and they give you cleaning wipes each block you switch to. I have worked out for 18 years of my life and after a while it is so draining to find your own music every day and figure out your work out every day and push yourself… every day. (I’m a physical therapist, personal trainer, and in good shape for context). With OTF you just need to show up and you will get an amazing work out! I feel I am in way better shape than I was all last year just in the last 3 weeks lol because I am being pushed to get more out of my workouts. Exercising can be totally a mental game! I love the heart rate monitors and the visual feedback with the splat points because this is exactly what I need to push myself. The workouts are challenging in a great way and there are instructions which is great for beginners. The intro classes for your first time are great so you can learn the lingo and see what the hype is all about!! The treadmills are some of the best I’ve been on as the speeds react within a couple seconds so there is no time wasted ramping up to your speed like other treadmills. They are also comfortable on your knees. The OTF app is so beautiful and functional. You can pay for things through it, sign up for classes, and see your stats which is AMAZING. I totally got hooked after the first intro class because all I see are wins!! Long story short… If you are in amazing shape and do not have a problem self pushing, and you have a killer music play list and you can be sweaty and burn a good 500-600 calories on your own in 55 minutes, then you can be good without OTF haha… otherwise you should come to OTF!
The energy, the fab music, the obvious science behind each workout (no two are the same!), the cleanliness of the studio, the friendliness of the staff and most important how great the instructors are!! Love Spencer at Samta Monica!!

I liked the heart rate aspect. I like the structure of the classes and how friendly the coach was and the front staff were.
I liked that the workout was challenging, fast-paced, organized, and that there was a wide variety of exercises. I like that each person gets their own station and equipment.

I truly enjoyed the diversity in the workouts that both motivate and shock your body into giving more. The workouts made me feel strong , and the class motivated to push myself to better. They make sure you check in on your body. Engage with wanting to get past the green zone. I've already recommended 5 friends and my BF. It is a great group class.

I glow after an OTF workout, I feel fantastic. There’s no more reliable way to burn hard and experience the brain-chemistry reward that comes with rigorous exercise. Over the last year I lost 40 pounds doing OTF regularly. Now I’m building strength and stamina- but I mainly do it for the natural high. Nothing feels as good.

I was intimidated to first start going to Orange Theory because I didn't like the idea of my stats being public for everyone to see. Also, I was worried I would feel out of place because most people might be more in shape than me. I was beyond pleasantly surprised for my first class. Not only was the workout challening but still doable for me (who hasn't worked out consistently in over 6 months), but I never once felt out of place or less than. The coach was very helpful since he knew it was my first time. Additionally by the end of the class, I welcomed the public stats as it helped to motivate me throughout the workout. I'm officially hooked!!

The coaches are great, and the variety in the classes keeps things interesting.
It’s a full body workout where at the end of the class I feel as if I have accomplished something big. I love that I am lead through the workout by a knowledgeable coach who I trust fully. And I love the community feel of Orange Theory. I get to spend an hour with people just like me who are interested in and committed to the same thing as I am. Their health and well-being.
