The time of the class 5:30am, location of the studio, that it’s a mix of cardio and weights, and the price. In addition, that it’s fast phase with a coach pushing participants through the class.
Downside - the price for the heart-rate monitor: $139. It’s should be included, if you sign up for any of the premium packages for minimum three months.
Firstly the orange color is happy and motivational for me! I love the coach guiding you and the instant movement aspect.. pulsating music, color zones ,. The choice to pose walk, run or jog and rowing plus weights and a little stretch. You’re working to improve yourself but you feel the power of the team around you!

Full body workout and Coach Melissa was awesome
Enjoy the cardio-push; no matter what cardio machine I start with, there is a wonderful, person coaching me through the process. Clear, coherent, concise instructions, plus an added bonus of authentic encouragement comes from the various coaches. I work at my own level of fitness and am encouraged to "push" through some of my limitations. I wear the OT-heart monitor, which keeps track of my workouts.
It's a well rounded workout!! Good cardo, good core and perfect amount of weights. I'm there to injury proof myself.
I love everything about Orangetheory Fitness! Between the best hour-long workout to the community aspect - everything is fantastic. I honestly feel like I'm playing a videogame with my body for an hour, earning splat points, and 'competing' with others :)
I loved Justin's encouragement for my first class. I also loved his workout playlist. I felt intimidated with the treadmill, but as I kept going... I just kept going. Our bodies are so much stronger than we think!
the constant rotation; its not boring and it pushes me to try harder. Also the trainer is great when motivator .
The coaches at OTF are great!! HC Jacob is exceptional. Jacob has done an amazing job of building community and making OTF a positive and fun place to workout. His outstanding playlists and constructive feedback are not only highly motivating, they keep us coming back for more!
Coaches Kaymi and Ivan are awesome coaches, who seem to enjoy being at OTF, care about the people in their classes and provide lots of inspiration.

Besides the workout itself, I love the energy of the coaches and the entire staff!
I like the workout , but I don’t like that when I go and told to start on treadmill when I usually start on rower.
Everyone’s body is different. We have to do what works for us AND we are paying members.
We shouldn’t be told to start on a diff machine just bc the class is smaller. That’s why sometimes I’m less inclined to go to a lunch time workout.
I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do just go and do. There are also other ppl doing the same thing as you and the coach is guiding everyone throughout the class.
Love the variety of workouts and every session is like a personal training session….full body workout, cardio and great instructors.
I'm an older guy, 71 years. I like that I can scale the workout to my needs, power walk instead of run; lighter weights etc. I also like the immediate feedback on calories burned, heart rate and splat points.
I really love the format and outline of the various OTF workouts! It is a style and regiment that is perfect for my workout style and what I like and need. What makes Burbank OTF even more amazing are our coaches! They each have an individual style that makes each OTF workout great, while also creating a variety of ways to engage us in our workouts. The great thing about our coaches too is that you will have a great workout and experience at any of the coach’s session. I try and see each of them every 1-2 weeks because they each bring something so great to the OTF family.
I get a good workout in only an hour!

I love that OTF workouts can be customized to your fitness level. You get the benefit of a class setting while still being able to adjust the level. Also something different every day!
Great coaches and efficient fun workout
All the trainers are supportive, have great energy, and always make me feel welcome. The structure of the classes is well-rounded and I always leave feeling like I got a total body workout.
