OTF is the only workout I have consistently enjoyed my entire life. It’s the combination of the ambiance, the awesome playlists, and the positive/encouraging coaches.
My only feedback is I wish that the classes themselves have more weight lifting or a higher focus on that.
But all in all, an excellent workout.

I love that we have amazing coaches guiding us through our workout. I alway feel so good and accomplished after my workout. I feel like I work all areas of my body and that I can push myself to do my best. And if needed I can always take a active rest day and do the workout at my own pace.
I love that it’s a judgement free place regardless of your fitness level. If you want to work hard, they are there to help and push you along. It’s easy not having to think of a gym routine after the end of a long day. They got it covered!!
Individuality and passion of the coaches, variety of workouts.
The staff and instructors make it a fun experience. Workouts are consistent but always changing, keeping it interesting and challenging. The schedule flexibility allows me to schedule based on my changing needs
Orange Theory is efficient! In one hour I get a really great, full body workout with strength and cardio. It never feels boring either since the workout changes all the time within the format of using treadmill, rower, and floor/strength exercises. The coaches are well trained and always offer alternatives for people with physical limitations which is huge for someone like me who has arthritis in the knee from former soccer injury/surgery.

What I love most about OrangeTheory are the coaches the staff and the other OTF’ers. The workouts are always different and challenging. I love what these workouts have done for my physical and mental health. I highly recommend!
