Get a very good sweat, working many areas of my body. Terrific coaches and desk staff and solid equipment. Clean bathrooms, though they used to be even cleaner
Every day is something different, but the workout is the same whatever studio you attend / whatever city you may be in. It’s an awesome community of great people and instructors who constantly push you to be your best self and you see results! The staff at the Melrose studio is also top notch and super friendly! Been a member of OTF since Jan 2022 and absolutely love it!!
I love coach Nik and Lays they make the workouts awesome! The staff at the front desk is awesome and also quickly replies to texts and questions whenever needed.
The gym is clean, the work outs are intense but fun and overall it’s an awesome experience!

It’s so intense and changes every day. My body has changed and it’s the only workout that is short and to the point.
Great staff and Delv is the best instructor
I love that the workouts are coach led, with music, and format changes daily between strength, power, and endurance (one of them or all three). Its great to get to know other members too and cheer each other on our way to Fitness! I also the timeslots for workouts. I need early morning and they have 5 am, which is perfect. That's why I initially signed up with OTF and now it will be two years this May! I have also referred others to this gym and they love it!
Truly, all of it. I love the combination of running rowing, and weights.
Running has always been my weakness, but because of Orange theory classes, I learned not to be afraid of running. I learned that I can run at my own pace and I don't find it boring as before specifically since the coaches guide me and it's challenging and fun.
I love that the workout is always varied. And that I can choose whether to start with cardio or on the floor with weights and other activities.
I love the Mar Vista morning coaches and how data driven the workouts are. The coaches know just how to push without being overly pushy. Love OTF!
