What do you like about our workout?

I’m a member at a location in Florida. I attended classes at your location and thought the coaches were great. Like your sound system.
I felt the treadmills were very shaky and had a lot of vibration. You need to put something under them to stabilize them. To be honest with you I didn’t feel comfortable on my All-Outs! Maybe that’s because your on the second floor. When everyone is running at the same time on the treadmills there is a huge uncomfortable vibration.

I look forward to the workouts. They are challenging without being daunting. The way that each block is broken down into segments. And you have someone changing things up and motivating you really helps. It's a great 1 hour work out and the time really flies by.

Ginger!!! She is amazing!! i would recommend her every day and when I see her on the schedule I quickly book. I know that the other instructors at Orangetheory Simi as just as fantastic. I have never gone in and wished time to pass because of an instructor. They are motivating, positive with great tunes.

What do you like about our workout?

I feel that I truly get a great workout out because all the coaches encourage you to push yourself. All the coaches are really nice and easy to talk to if you have questions. The studio is also big with enough space to workout comfortably. It’s the first time that I’ve ever looked forward to working out.

The staff were wonderful and the coach was very motivational. She walked around and encouraged everyone and told us when we were exceeding somewhere (e.g. "great incline"). It was unfortunate that I had to pay $28 even though I am a member in Canada; nonetheless I enjoyed my class.

One of the things I love about OrangeTheory is the ability to go to other locations when I'm not close to home.

I love the fact that the coach is so skilled as to be able to immediately accommodate alternative exercises if one is not suitable depending on a physical condition. It’s great to be able to still perform a full workout with these accommodations and understanding.
