Gym is well organized and efficient. The whole concept of orange theory is Amazing and very motivational! Instructs are well trainned and knowledgeable. Creating a very positive atmosphere to keep going!!!!

What do you like about our workout?

It is very engaging and inspiring. You do exercises you did not know before to help the muscles you did not know you had before. It hurts for a while until you discover all you muscles and try to work harder on your whole body. I definitely feel better and it will still take some time (at least for me) to look better. I enjoy every workout regardless of how hard they are, but it's true that certain coaches make it more fun and entertaining. My favorite: coach Juan, coach Alex, coach Jeff, and just yesterday I added coach Kris to my list (it was my first class with her).

I love the environment and the coaches there. My two favorite are coach Stefan and coach kailey. I never been to anything like this before but I will continue going. Keep it up orange theory!

What do you like about our workout?

It’s an all body cardio/anaerobic workout. The coaches are motivating. I like that a heart monitor is used to view during the workout and to see how hard I am pushing myself.

Love the direction from the personal trainer! The music, splat points, heart rate monitor make the time fly by and assure you a great cardio and strength training workout!

What do you like about our workout?

Great facility, awesome staff and coaches. It can be hard to get into classes though but that only speaks to the appeal and popularity of the program. I hope they open more locations to siphon off the crowd. Also I’ve seen other gyms upgrade their treads to be more tech advanced and sync data to your profile but I’m sure that will come eventually—soon I hope!

The team knows a lot my injury and are always checking on me and giving me modifications . Ginger and her entire team as amazing !!!!
With all their support I have fallen in love with workout out again even while I’m healing from my injury.
Best decision I ever made was to join at this location !!

What do you like about our workout?

I LOVE this work out so much!! I am 60 years old and my 21 year old daughter recommended this program to me. It is amazing - and Drew in Brentwood is my absolutely favorite!! He has eyes on everyone making sure body position is correct and everyone is ok. The girls at the front desk are darling, and happy to help with whatever they can.

I am partial to Brentwood - those are my peeps!! I used to work out at a small gym and did more talking than working out ...that will NOT happen here!!

I love OrangeTheory because it's effortless. I know, crazy, right?? When I used to go to the gym, I would have to figure out my workout on my own. Legs, arms, cardio... I would stress out about things like am I doing enough reps, am I using enough weight? I wasn't going for buff, I was going for strong muscles. And then there was the time factor - I would spend at least 90 minutes at the gym...and some of it was waiting for a machine to open up...and to find wipes to wipe of someone else's sweat. It was so much of an effort that I eventually stopped going.
Going to OrangeTheory removed all that stress and anxiety. I go in for 60 minutes and I know that I'm going to get a complete workout every single time. We have strength days, endurance days and power days. We use two machines (rowers and treadmills) and the rest is me. I love that the coaches walk around and help with posture and execution. I especially love that the classes are small because I know that the coaches are really paying attention to everyone.
I wake up early and drive 20 minutes to get to Simi Valley OrangeTheory Fitness. I pass DOZENS of gyms, spin studios, boutique fitness studios - some of which I've tried. None of them have engaged me like Simi Valley OTF. It's part of my life now.
