I like that it's a full body workout with cardio and weights and I don't have to think about what exercises I'm going to do because the workout is already planned and the OTF coach is there to tell me what to do.
I love the atmosphere, the instructors, and front desk staff. I used to go to a different location in the past and I left OTF because I felt the staff was cliquey, judgmental, and not friendly. Gaithersburg has always been kind and accommodating
Accountability
I love the variety of the templates and the fact that I don't have to think about what's next, I just do what's instructed of me. I also love the fantastic coaches and positive environment.

I love the coaches; they help drive us to do our best. Becoming a part of OTF (White Marsh, especially) was one of THE best decisions I’ve made for myself. The workouts are challenging and the playlists motivate! Again, the coaches are amazing. They take the time and get to know you and help you focus on what you want to accomplish.

I love that every workout is different, and you can make it as challenging as you need to! The coaches at OTF Hunt Valley are awesome!! They are so motivating, inspiring, and help you do your best! The music is always great too! I love that I can go there and work on myself for an hour by science backed exercise :)

Challenging, fun, and shows results
Knowledgeable and motivating staff/coaches. I love showing up knowing I'm going to be guided through a full body workout that is as challenging as I make it. Whether you are a conditioned athlete or have never worked out before, this place is for you.
I have a LONG drive to get to OTF and somedays, I am not sure I want to put in the effort... BUT EVERY WORKOUT is AMAZING and WORTH the DRIVE.
There's not been a single time that I regretted putting in the effort and it makes my life better!!!

I absolutely love that I am greeted by name when I walk in the door. I also love how the coaches encourage you throughout the workout and provide feedback on safe ways to use equipment.
I am a class person so being with a group is what works best for me. But I have been to other places that offer classes and left because I felt like a number not a person. The friendliness of your staff is what sets you apart. Obviously the classes, the facility itself, etc are great but the staff is what makes it for me. They are so personable and know who I am.

The coaches here at the Columbia location are the best coaches EVER!!!!! Every single coach makes class fun, engaging, and super high energy - even at 5am. Coach Mel does an amazing job of correcting form and offering modifications as needed. Nina and Jenny bring the best playlists out there that make me never want to finish the workout. I feel so motivated by all the coaches and their positivity and welcoming personalities. The SA’s are great too!
