I LOVE the Treadmill workout it helps me challenge myself with the interval training
I like the fact that you aren't doing the same thing for the whole 60 minutes. Even if its the floor portion the weight combinations are different. Also, the teacher keeps the class engaging and motivated.

Love Terry and Sheina that have great energy and are always keeping the group motivated to work through the challenging parts. I love the new integration of crossfit like movements with heavier weights on the floor. Definitely interested in doing more heavy training mixed in.
