I dont have to think what workout I am going to do today. I can walk in and everything will be handled by the coach. I also feel working out in a group setting make me be more regular to the classes and push myself to burn more.
I like that it is a different workout everyday! So, for someone like myself who goes 5 times a week, it makes it super fun and keeps me on my toes!

I love that it is always different. What I love about Orange Theory is that I don't have to come up with my own workout. What I love about my studio is the staff - who make you want to come work out and also cheer you on and encourage you to push yourself. There's so much to say but this sums it up!
The intense cardio leaves me feeling more calm and relaxed all day. And it works for walkers, joggers, and runners. Strength training is built in to each workout and you work the back of your body on the rower.
I enjoy the scripted and coached classes, as it holds me accountable to a 6o-minute workout. There is also the added benefit of having several coaches that can correct poor posture or technique, and provide modifications or alternatives due to physical limitations. The atmosphere and commeraderie are also an added bemefit of the studio.
Changes daily and the coaches are enthused and supportive!
I love ❤️ the fact that you will never get tired of the workouts BECAUSE THEY ARE NEVER THE SAME. The COACHES ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY AMAZING! They know how to nudge you when needed and they know when to push you a little harder. BUT BEST OF ALL YOU SHOW UP AND PUT IN THE WORK AND YOUR TRANSFORMATION WILL BE AMAZING!

Love OT- as a 50 year old, I have increased my stamina and strength. The combination of a workout where you use a treadmill, rower and weights with a “coach” pushing you has been a big part of my health success! If I can do this-anyone can! It’s fun and healthy!

There are many things I like about Orange Theory workouts! At my age (46), body size (overweight), and health (type 2 diabetic), I find the workouts to be very challenging, but not out of my reach. The modifications presented help a lot, so I can do things like step instead of hop. I enjoy the mix of floor exercises and cardio. I like to see the biofeedback, so I can moderate my own workout as it is happening. The coaching helps me stay on track on motivated to meet my goals. I would not be able to come up with these workouts on my own, and I definitely wouldn't be able to stay on track without the coaching and class format. I know that from experience! When I described this to my endocrinologist (along with the other exercise that I do), he was very happy that I was doing it once a week and encouraged me to continue.
Never the same from day to day. Coaches are encouraging, down to earth and knowledgeable. Also appreciate the early classes that allow me get a workout in before the day crashes in.
