OTF is the best workout there is for people who like to work hard. I am an avid runner and have been loving doing more strength and love when we get on the rower and push hard there. It is an all body workout that I love.

It's a great overall workout. You get cardio and weights all in one and the instructor is very motivating, I also like the ability to monitor heart rate and calories burned. It has been a really good addition to other workouts that I am doing.
The coaches are fantastic! The music is dynamite and the front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating! All of this in addition to an awesome workout!!! What more could you ask for?!

OTF workouts are amazing full body workouts focusing on endurance, strength and power. The workouts can be modified for every fitness level. The coaches motivate you to push yourself, you are stronger than you think. The community is welcoming and supportive, we were all new at some time. You are in and out in 1 hour feeling accomplished and ready for what the day brings.

Everything and then most of all, the coaches though very professional, are also warm friendly. Always pushing you on with words of encouragement.
I love the structure and the tracking. I love not having to figure out what I'm going to do that day, and just follow the prescribed workout.
I love the variety and challenge of each class. I like that I just come in and a unique workout has already been determined, but fits any fitness level. I don't consider myself a runner and that isn't a problem! Your base, push, and all-out are determined by you. Having someone else keep time is also helpful. When I used to exercise by myself, I wasn't as accountable and the breaks I took between exercises were too long, so I wasn't getting the HIT benefits. The coaches are also available to offer form corrections or alternative floor exercises. This has been the only exercise I have been able to keep to consistently.

The studio is clean and the staff is excellent! I originally signed up at Park Potomac and it's a big difference and feel when doing classes in Bethesda. Highly recommend.
