The workouts target the whole body over the course of a week. I feel like a get a great workout in one hour. The coaches are terrific. It’s a great environment to workout in. I always feel great when I leave. All in all I thoroughly enjoy my hours in orange theory. All1300 of them!

I like the variety of the workout - tread, rower, floor. The instructors, the music. And the times - sometimes I go to the 7:30 am class - please don't ever change that time! - and sometimes the early evening class. The 5:30 pm time was the best - please bring it back!

Accessible for people of all levels of fitness. Trainers encourage in a positive way and provide helpful corrections on how to use the weights or do the moves. Great community atmosphere.

I love the group classes, which challenge and encourage me to work out harder. I'm in my 60s and expected a group of all young women, which is the norm for classes at most gyms I've joined. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a diverse group of people in all age groups and genders. This makes these classes so much more interesting, as well as more comfortable. And the instructors are all top rate, motivating and caring, making it even better.
Focused and efficient. The coaches are awesome.
I enjoy how the workouts are different every day even though you’re pretty much using the same equipment. I have had medical issues in the past, I appreciate when instructors work with me on my form. Great music and dad jokes help the time fly by!
