I love the workout patterns. All you have to do is show up leave all the thinking to the trainers. Al though, I’d really appreciate a complementary inbody scan every month, at least for the premium members.
Best one hour workout a person could get. I love the variation in the exercises and being able to track my heart rate in order to push myself more. It’s such a fun workout and I always leave feeling amazing.
