I like that the workouts are planned out for you, you just have to show up. The entire team at OT is friendly, caring and knowledgeable, making this a very positive environment to be in. Playlists are always great. The studio is exceptionally well taken care of. You couldn’t ask for a better place to achieve your goals.

What do you like about our workout?

This location has the new treadmills that go at 15MPH which is awesome. Coach and staff were friendly, would definitely recommend.

It pushes me to work harder. I like the coaches and they and very helpful. Great direction. Lot's of classes to choice from. Easy to book in.
The manager- Lisa is great, helpful and very friendly.

What do you like about our workout?

I don’t have to think about what I need to do - it’s all planned for me, even the music - I can just show up! The coaches are so motivating and helpful. It’s a great workout and I feel so much stronger and have more energy.

groups,booking sessions at ease on the app, energetic staff,focus on workout and recovery,clarity on which exercise will target particular areas of the body, motivating staff and music. Surely changed my mindset about workouts.

It's a full body workout that varies each day and the hour goes quickly. We've made some great friends. The coaches are fun, knowledgeable upbeat.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the guided workouts because they allow me to focus on the workout only.
I really appreciate the coaching during the workouts because we can become complacent in what we do. We also become tired and tend not to focus on our form.
The coaches are all great with differing styles of coaching but my experience is that they are all focused on supporting and encouraging to do our best and then more.
I like group classes cause I tend to push myself more than on my own

I love that everyday is a new day! I love that I don't have to think about or plan my work out that it is done for me. I love the coaches energy and that they correct my form. I love when there is a good playlist on. I love that it has made a huge difference in my mental and physical health! All around A+!

These past three months since joining OT has been life changing for me. I have not been one who sticks with a workout routine and with all the OT has to offer has made my workouts so much fun. I love the community, coaches, support staff and the variety of workouts. I track my progress and celebrate when I have a new personal best. I feel healthier, stronger, faster and more confident. Thank you for providing a space that makes if fun to exercise!
