Je suis totalement vendue à Orangetheory. Présente depuis plus de quatre ans, c’est-à-dire depuis l’ouverture, je ne m’en lasse pas. J’arrive chez OTF et j’oublie tout. Jamais de panne de motivation. La diversité des entraînements est vraiment ce qui me plait le plus.

It’s challenging and different every class!
J'aime beaucoup le concept du mélange de cardio et de musculation dans la même session d'une heure. Je sens que tout mon corps est sollicité. Les coachs à Laval-Est sont très motivant(e)s et l'effet de groupe permet de performer individuellement et collectivement. Le marketing est bien établi globalement et lorsqu'on a des demandes ou des suggestions, c'est pris en compte rapidement.
Pour moi Orange Theory est une très bonne solution dans mon quotidien pour rester en forme et garder un mode de vie sain.
Je recommande fortement OT Laval-Est à tous ceux et celles qui aiment l'entraînement intensif à un rythme personnel!✌️
The coaches are great. The workouts are a real mix of muscle groups and are challenging.
The workouts are challenging and everyone is working at their own level. The coaches are energetic and super friendly. Great place to reach your goals and have fun.
The coaches at OTF West Springs are all superb and push you everytime to have an amazing workout. The workouts are as hard as you want to make them and a great burn in 60 minutes.

I like having our coach ensure we're doing our exercises the proper way.
Having the coach check what we're doing ensures we won't be hurting our bodies by doing exercises incorrectly.
I can feel the impact of the workout the next day. My muscles actually feel like I've given them a workout, and my body feels a lot better for it.
