The water rowers (I find them much easier on my body) the shock absorbing treadmill (I don’t hurt afterwards) the group training (everyone gets some attention) as well as the awesome mixed music. It really gets me going and is extremely motivating. The coaches and staff are high energy and really engage a positive atmosphere which is also motivating and encouraging. All in all, great energy. It really works for my needs and the class options offered give clients a chance to focus on cardio or strength training or half and half. Love this place!

I love the encouragement to do my best even if it’s a green day. The positive feed back to even the littlest accomplishments. The guidance to do an exercise correctly to not hurt yourself. The coaches are awesome!!!!
I like how all aspects, such as cardio and weight training, are incorporated in a single workout. I also enjoy the way the coaches hype us up, pushes us to succeed and relay positive reinforcements.
In addition I like the tidbits of information that the coaches provide on muscle improvements and targeted stretches.
Number one, I love the attentiveness and support from the coaches. They are all amazing. I like the small groups. I like how I am encouraged to do my best. And I like that the facility is very clean.
I do have to think. Just show up and work hard.

I enjoy the variety of the templates and the workouts offer a balance of cardio based activity and strength training. Most of all, my workouts are now planned and I do not have pre-plan my gym activity - I just have to show up and be prepared to work hard!

Coach Amy was FANTASTIC! She was so attentive and focused on ensuring we all were supported. The studio had an awesome vibe, you could tell the community was well cared for and that they love OTF Cambridge! I will definitely be back!
I love the energy from the coaches. The environment is top notch and I love that I just have to show up and the workouts are planned and ready to go for me. As a mom and a business owner it is so nice to just be told what to do and to not have to decide.
The coaches are top notch, and I love it when they critique me on my form so I can do the exercises properly. Having a custom workout already planned for me is awesome!

I like that the workouts are challenging but doable, that they change every class so they don’t get stale, that everyone is so welcoming and supportive, and that there’s great music to get you pumped up.

All the employees are very kind and responsible, and the trainers will fully guide you and encourage you, and you will get the most and best results with the least amount of time.
