Love the coaches, the energy and the variety !
The people are very helpful and nice.
I like that each class I attend I’m doing a new workout. Orange theory isn’t your typical gym and that’s why I love it. I love the way the program is structured and thought out. I’m using muscles I’m not used to and finding new techniques that work best for me! Having a 1:1 coach can be intimidating but at orange theory being in a group of people doing all the same things brings comfort for every level if your a workout pro or a beginner. It’s more about the community for me. When I walk in that gym at 5am i am warmly welcomed and recognize most of the same consistent people. It’s a great feeling walking in and out of that place!

The trainers are amazing and location is great.
I love the coaches. They’re always so upbeat and personable. Sometimes it’s hard to understand what they’re saying, though, as they’re talking loudly into their mouthpiece and the volume is way up so it gets distorted.
Love the variety in the workouts and that I don’t have to think about what to do, just have to concentrate on form and feeling the muscles work.
One thing I’d like to mention, though. Now that the Lift 45 is separated into Upper & Lower, it’d be more appropriate to have the after class stretches also be separated into Upper & Lower. As it is now, after the Upper body class, the stretches are for your lower body. Doesn’t make sense. Thank you!

The coaches push you to work hard. You do not need to plan or think about anything, the programming is done for you.

A full hour workout is fantastic. At no point am I bored which often happens if I attend a regular gym.
