Brennon is a great coach! Very motivational, high energy and gave me several helpful tips on form and technique. I have been going to OTF for many years and I really appreciated his helpful comments. Studio layout is also first rate...lots of room on the floor. As usual the OTF community was welcoming and friendly. A great experience!
I like that it’s cardio and weight training which is best for overall health. I do wish they would bring back the 11:00 classes on the weekend. I work and can’t get to the Friday afternoon class so more weekend classes would be nice. Carrie, Drew and Laura are the best!
It's a true workout for someone who wants to burn mega calories and burn fat. You will not be disappointed.
Matt is an incredible trainer and creates such a positive environment to train, regardless of your fitness level! Not only are the staff and trainers incredible at this location, but the workouts challenge you to levels you didn’t even think you could reach! The workouts are dynamic and fun - definite A+!!!

It’s always something different, and it challenges me. I’m able to get out of y head for the 50 or so minutes the class is and just have some time for myself.

The coach keeps the teams moving the whole time. I am in and out in sixties minutes with a good workout completed. i like the structure that the classes offer. There is no down time.
