The challenge and competition. I always feel like I am pushing myself to get faster and stronger. Coaches give that added push or encouragement as needed. Being able to monitor myself during class and track my history.

I like the accountability of signing up for classes and the late fee because it makes me less likely to skip working out. I love they have a coach in the room the whole time to guide you and answer any questions.

OTF workouts are the best! They never feel redundant and are always fun and challenging. I love how the workout can be modified no matter what your fitness level is, which means as you get in better shape, you can challenge yourself more. Also the coaches and staff are amazing!
For me, Orange Theory is the perfect workout! I have been in and out of gyms, worked with a personal trainer to prepare for a fitness competition (many years ago), and even tried medical weight loss assistance, but OTF provides me with the rigorous exercise I need on a consistent basis.
I remain consistent with OTF because I see the changes in my moods, thoughts, and even physical changes in my body. I am most impressed by the way the coaches take notice of you and provide just enough support to push you to the next level.
