The trainers are supportive and encouraging regardless of your fitness level. I was so worried about going to my first couple of classes but now I find myself eager to make the next one. I push myself much harder in these classes than I have ever done before and my ability to jog while still breathing has increased in just the last 30 days. I am excited to see what the next 30 days will look like.
I like having the workout already defined - I don't have to figure out what I want to work and how much or how long. I like that each workout is different but also customizable to my own desired output.

The variety of the workouts, the coaching and the fact that all I have to do is show up and push myself. No worrying about what machine to use, what weights or exercises to use or do for how long, how much, etc. All I have to do is walk in, follow directions and walk out, feeling like I got my butt handed to me but it feels awesome!
I travel to different studios all over the East Coast every few weeks because of my job. Holly Springs has by far the best coaches. The vibe is great too due to the crew working the front counter. They are all awesome.
I like the group workout format with the coach instructing people on what to do, helping to motivate us and each other, the music, and the energy with a new workout template every day. It keeps work outs from getting boring and helps with energy/motivation. The downside of OTF is that the costs for classes are very expensive.

Everything and when I say that I truly mean it. From the moment I walk in to the time I leave every part of the experience is amazing.
Amazing workouts and ever class has been different and challenging. All of the coaches are able to keep an eye on all of the individuals to help correct form if needed. Also everyone from staff to members are so nice and encouraging.
