I like the consistency but also the variety of the workouts. I love that is not the same thing every day. The coaches are all great - attentive, helpful and motivational.

The variety, the coaches, the staff, the accountability.

The music is probably too loud. I wear ear plugs but I worry about people damaging their hearing.

I like the combination and structure where you are able to get a full-body workout. You are able to gauge your performance through the workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Structured program, total body workout, instructors are friendly and approachable, cater to all age groups and abilities, and they provide alternatives.

Recommend that OTF consider a session for ages 60+ once in a while to help them get up to speed and feel not so intimidating! 🤔

What do you like about our workout?

Just came back after 2 months out (with a respiratory illness.) I am so happy to be back to my workouts. Was greeted with (almost) a cheer when I came in. Love the ‘family’ feeling I get from OTF.

There is a great atmosphere of positive attitudes. It starts with coaches, but even members are always very willing to encourage one another. This comes from the coaches down to the individuals. The workouts are different every day and always pull more out of you than you think you have to give! This is the first time I have enjoyed working out. 55 classes and counting!!!

The coaches are amazing! The workouts are awesome! Calorie burn is great, but I also appreciate that you can go at your own pace to push yourself, or not, depending on how you are feeling that day. I've been injured multiple times this year and the workouts and coaches are always accommodating to make the workouts work for me on any given day. Best of all the community of new friends I've built at OTF warms my heart, especially after moving to a new place and not knowing many people. This place is simply the best!

What do you like about our workout?

Love everything about OTF!

Location, ease with scheduling, cleanliness, customized workouts, excellent coaches, mix of cardio and strength. I've been going for six months and feel so much stronger, have less pain and stiffness, and have more energy!

It took awhile to get into a groove of going twice a week but now that I've figured it out, I can't imagine my life without it! I'm even considering stepping it up to three times a week.
