I have enjoyed Orange Theory for about 3 years, in Florida and in North Carolina. I can say the workouts are consistent, concise, and effective. The whole staff is very professional and friendly and would recommend to anyone!

I love how there are coaches to guide you through each workout and provides alternatives/modifications for exercises that a member may not be able to complete. Additionally, I love how each workout is different and designed to give me maximum results. Lastly, the staff, coaches and everyone working at OTF are always welcoming and friendly. It feels like we're all one big happy fit family who want MORE LIFE!
I like the whole structure of the work out and how there’s always different exercises to do. I just wish there were life class times available.
The coach tonight was amazing! I did the weight class and it was challenging and energizing! Everyone is so encouraging and I'm 10 lb down and going strong. I have to get modifications for every exercise just about and the coach is always supportive and encouraging. I feel good going into the workout and leaving the workout.
This coaches are so motivating! The workouts are challenging and they are always changing. There are lots of fun fitness challenges for you to try throughout the year. Everyone is so friendly! I can see my progress from the time that I started.

The classes are designed really well
I’ve only attended 3 classes so far, I’m a new member, but I’m older and have been a life long runner. I needed to add strength and core workouts and having coaches right there to assist is amazing, definitely helps me not worry about injuring myself due to poor form. I am really enjoying it and the coaches and staff are super friendly and professional.
Lots of energy in the room. I also like the tracking my green-orange-red.
It’s a total body workout that I don’t have to plan and the coaches are there motivate you.

It’s a workout that lets you work hard at the appropriate pace.
I like the instructors and the workouts which mix it up just enough to still make me work hard without becoming repetitive. The monthly challenges are also encouraging and motivating, although the fact they cost money to register for is annoying.
Everything!!!! Friendly atmosphere, having a coach, music, the band for tracking your progress…you name it, it’s all great!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I just rejoined OT due to the recent promotional rate. I am so excited to be back. I love the variety of the workouts. My favorite is 3G as I prefer to do 20 minutes on floor, treads, and rower and be done. I don't really enjoy the 2G's with more "running around". I just prefer to go once to each station! :) I also enjoy the music, which helps with the energy of the workout. Thank you!
The coaches always encourage you to do your best …and then exceed your goals and expectations. Since I have a few issues… knee etc … they are very quick to make adjustments to workout routine. The Energy from the coaches and teammates is pretty amazing.
I miss Orange Theory when I can’t be there. I stay in touch with Head Coach Brennon and continues to encourage me even if I can’t make the classes.

There is no repetition. I’ve never had anything that resembles another workout I’ve already done. The coaches are all encouraging and up. I have never had an unpleasant encounter with anyone at OT. Beginners are very welcome.
I like the fact that you get strength training and cardio in one session. I really appreciate the guidance from the coaches which, of course, helps prevent injuries and improves your results. They start on time and end on time. You are always greeted politely and everyone there is helpful. Great atmosphere!

I like how intense that they are. I like that the coaches push and encourage you through a workout. I also like that the workouts are different each time.
The coaches and interval training.
The instructors are the best! They push you to be your best but also don't make you feel pressured. It is great going into OTF and knowing you are going to get a great workout and enjoy it while you do.
