I love that each workout is different, that the coaches are enthusiastic, and I know I'll get a hard workout every day.

Good combination for HIIT but I am finding myself wishing there was more of a body workout and less focus on cardio. Splitting rowing with body exercises is a good start. A lot of the floor exercises seem to use legs. Would be nice to have more upper body?
OTF workouts are great. It's a one hour workout and you can control the intensity. I can burn 700-900 calories in a class.

Coaches are always super friendly and follow timing and exercises perfectly; love the studio layout; coaches, management and SAs are awesome (shout out to Maral!)… fav coaches are Addison, Morgan and Katie! They always motivate you and point out when you push yourself hard/increase intensity or speed by just a little extra
The variety, music, coaches and inspiration each workout brings keeps me coming back year after year!

The 2G workout was intense yet doable. Coach Addison was encouraging while she held me to a high standard. I absolutely love seeing my results on the screen & my app! By the end of the class I was a joyful & sweaty person.
Workout templates are so motivating. Pushes you to what you can do. Also the coaches are amazing!!

The workouts are challenging but doable - a wonderful mix of running, rowing, weights and body-weight exercises. There is also a tremendous amount of variety in the workout templates so even after 3.5+ years I never get bored. You’re competing with no one but yourself yet you’re side-by-side with other members which gives a great sense of camaraderie, energy and fun (as opposed to working out on one’s own). The coaches and staff are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable.
Orange Theory made me fall in love with Fitness again. I played sports growing up but needed the push/routine of working out regularly. The coaches are so motivating and I look forward to going every chance I get.
I love that the workouts are the same but always different. I know what I’m about to be doing ahead of time and each time the focus is different (strength endurance etc). I also love the staff and coaches. They are so helpful and encouraging. When I signed up one of my goals was to look and feel great for my best friend’s wedding and in 6 months I lost 13lbs! I felt and looked great in my bridesmaids dress and am so exciting to keep going on my journey!

The coaches are this locations, particularly Jesse and Justin. They always are prepared for the class and bring good energy! Would recommend anyone come to this studio. The front desk team is also great, they remember everyone and even their favorite spot.
No thinking involved, just listen to the OTF coach and go.
