Orangetheory provides a challenging workout every time! The instructor, members and atmosphere are motivating so that I will always do my best. Patricia is a wonderful instructor who explains things clearly, corrects your form when needed and keeps the class going at the right pace. I would definitely recommend Orangetheory to anyone who wants to reach their fitness goals.

Coaches and staff are great. They make it enjoyable. The people that go are a community and I look forward to pre workout chit chat. The workouts are what you want them to be. If I am feeling great, I push myself more. Sometimes who I am next to pushes me. When I don't have as much energy or I'm bothered by arthritis, I dial it back with no judgement.. as they say, showing up is the hardest part.
I like I get both cardio and strength training. Also, like the knowledgeable couches.

Coaches, workout formats, and friendly staff. Four days a week, I work out at OTF because it offers a variety of exercises, including weight lifting, rowing, and treadmills. Working out at OTF helps me forget all my worries and stress. When I used to go to Lifetime fitness, I felt like I was in the middle of an equipment jungle and didn't know where to begin. Fortunately, OTF already formats its workouts for us. Fairfax OTF has such supportive coaches who give you a positive vibe. The challenges we face every month help us measure our endurance and progress. I love everything about OTF.
I like the variety of workouts from one day to the next, the combination of cardio and strength training, the excellent coaches, and the ease of getting into the class I want.

Katie OTF carlyle, VA is one of my absolute favorite instructors. She pushes you but ALWAYS has (and offers!!) modifications for injuries without prompting. And—best playlists!!!!
