This studio offers a range of classes throughout the day at different times that provides me great flexibility to fit something in around busy work and kid schedules. Another great point is that the coaches are clear, professional and facilitate the workouts well. They engage to assist as well. They definitely foster a community feel.
Great coaches, great playlists, and most of all the pre-planned workout; it keeps me moving.
The workout is a perfect combination of strength training, core and cardio. Its all jampacked in 60 minutes and the coaches are the best

I love Orangetheory. The workouts are very challenging and rewarding. I like having a variety of routines. The coaches a great, not only at leading the routine, but also at encouraging when possible. I can’t say enough good things.

Clean, equipment in great condition. Coaches were clear and encouraging. The OTF workouts are always good.
Great way to start your day. Great trainers. Expensive. Much room to improve your employment of technology - like the new screen added to rowing machines but you can do way more. Much room to improve your reports based on data collected from heart monitors - at least add the average numbers to the personal reports by age/weight/etc.
I just love the team at OTF Mount Vernon. Jenn is an amazing head coach who listens to us all. Emily and the team have done such a great job at building a community in such a short time. Working out is fun with great people around you.

I love the variety! It's challenging, keeps me on my toes (literally and figuratively), and the community is amazing. I really wish there were more 3Gs. I know Burke has them, but I prefer Fairfax City!! And, if we had a community board, that would AMAZING!!
Love the workouts....provides a whole-of-body - cardio, strength and core. Outstanding coaches that motivate you to be your best!
