The variety! I would run on my own, but never do sprints, weights and rowing!
It is amazing. However, the instructions on how to follow the trainer need to be described better. I was in my second class and I was clueless on how to switch paces on the treadmill and just followed the people next to me. I wish that was explained better during introducation.

Great workouts and motivational technology
I can come in to the studio to a different workout every time and I am coached and guided throughout the session. I do not have to think or wonder what to do or how to best push myself. We are also provided with modifications to the workout so it is for every level of fitness and ability.

Staff is friendly, helpful , and clean
It seems to be a work out that people of all fitness levels can benefit from. I love the combination of cardio and weights/floor exercises and that the workouts are efficient - not a minute is wasted during the hour work out. Even when I'm exhausted after work the music selection for the work outs is current, energetic and keeps me pumped for the entire workout. The orange glow in the training room is very uplifting. The trainers are very knowledgeable, personable and their directions are clear, well demonstrated and easy to follow.
Orange Theory is a wonderful way to get an effective, personalized, "do-able" workout on a regular basis. The knowledgeable coaches help us modify our workouts according to our own limitations. We can choose to ride the bike or strider if the treadmill is not an option, and are given individualized modifications with the strength training. We are always greeted with a smile and the instructors are friendly and helpful. No two workouts are the same, and we always feel fantastic when we leave our Orange Theory class!

I like that the instructor is very motivating and attentive. The attention impressed me because it’s a group work, I expected to be lost in the group but the instructor somehow would still see me, fix my form and motivate me when needed :)

Everything! The coaches are awesome, the staff is friendly and knows what they’re doing, it’s clean, and I feel amazing! LOVING the effects I already feel in my body in just a couple workouts. I thrive in a competitive/beat your own best environment. I’m addicted!
It’s different every time
I like that I do not have to think about how to structure my workout. I like showing up knowing there is a definite start and end time and that I will get a solid workout. I also enjoy that every workout is unique — it keeps my body guessing. Well done.
The coach keeps you motivated the whole time and you want to push yourself to do as much as you can.
Everyone was very welcoming and did a great job explaining everything to me.
I'm going out of town this weekend but I'll be joining next week and look forward to taking my next class.

That I don't have to think ahead as to what workout I am going to do for myself on a specific day. I just go in and the workout is set already.
I love that OTF is a different workout every day and the coaches at OTF Clarendon are always encouraging and keep things fun!
