The coaches are great—lively, knowledgeable, and fun. The atmosphere is upbeat and makes you want to push yourself. I love that the workouts are never the same and always make you feel like you pushed yourself to the max.

Friendly and professional staff that greet you with a smile every single day! Wonderful coaches that push me and motivate me. My fitness level is where it is today thanks to them. I’m never leaving OTF ever!!!! Vienna studio truly rocks!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I do not have to think about what to do when working out. I like that it is planned and led by somebody else. I like the ability to show up and do whatever somebody else has planned for me. Christina was awesome too!

What do you like about our workout?

Friendly staff they seem to know everyone by name and greet them as they come in the door. I love the class environment and that the trainers check in periodically to make sure you're okay. I also love that the diversity of the participants and their skills and abilities which makes it a lot less intimidating.

I love that all I have to do is show up! Once I am there, I don't have to think, just simply follow the instructions by the coach. I also love the variety of exercises.

What do you like about our workout?

Hello - is it possible to have the weight racks checked and adjusted between classes? Almost all of the classes I have attended in the past few months (particularly since we started using numbered cards), the weight racks have not had the varying weights available for the specific rack for that station (ie, stations marked as having 15 lb weights have 12lbs, etc)

What do you like about our workout?

I like how it is comprehensive workout that covers both strength training and cardio. I also feel like it maximizes the 60 minutes which I really appreciate as my time is usually limited.

I like being able to always monitor my heart rate, and the fact that you can work at your own pace. The coaches are all so positive and encouraging, and helpful to correct my form when necessary, or offer alternative moves if needed.

What do you like about our workout?

The front desk staff was so friendly, helpful, kind and funny. They were a joy to talk with especially since it was my friends' first time. Coach Ceil was amazing! She was energetic and gave great cues. She thoroughly explained each section especially breaking down the row to my friends. They really enjoyed their first time and thought it was a great experience minus the benchmark row. The studio was clean and it was a great experience!
