The staff is awesome! The classes are great. The classes are well thought out and appropriate for all fitness levels. It has been great to find a program that I enjoy after being away from fitness for years.

I like the group capacity and energy I feel when amongst others striving towards the same goal and purpose. I like the diversity of the workouts. No thought required, I come in and do what I am told and I enjoy the workouts, and I am seeing results.
