The energy from the coach
The instructors are friendly but definitely know how and when to motivate the class during tough workout blocks. My wife and I always leave class exhausted but happy and accomplished!
Small classes, welcoming laid back staff, you get pushed but not too* hard, you can do as much as you want, love then points and end-of-workout breakdown, you can go as often as you want, there are classes at 5 AM. I'm telling everyone they have to join!
All the instructors are great! Great in building a local community of friends. Workout makes you feel great after!
I like the trainers them self.( Brooke.brigham.bri) Very energetic and motivated to do their job to the highest perfection ,great music selection .they give me alternative for the floor exercise if I can not do the one they showed because of my knee pain .

I attend the 2G classes where I get a great cardio workout. I like the variety of classes; Strength, Endurance or Power, that works on different levels of cardio and makes me feel like I am getting stronger. The instructors always push me to do my best and offer different ways to do workouts when needed. I always leave class feeling good knowing that I have pushed myself the best that I can.
Aside from the guaranteed amazing workout, I always love the coaches and friendly staff. The atmosphere at OTF is always positive and welcoming. You can expect to walk in to some great energy and leave feeling a hundred times better.

I feel orange theory is good at addressing whole body strength in their programs, with good incorporation of stabilizing muscles. I like the motivation of having a class (and payment) to keep me accountable and push me regardless of what I actually feel like doing that day. I like the variety in exercises and workouts, as well as the blocks of time that help break things up so it never gets boring. The coaches are friendly and approachable so there’s never a problem asking for help, advice, or modifications. 10/10.
Pre-determined workout and coaches
I love that I just have to show up and do what I'm told. The only decisions I have to make are how fast to run, how hard to row, or how heavy to lift. It's the toughest and easiest hour of my day and I love it! The coaches are all amazing, the music is great, and the people are awesome!

OTF is the perfect workout for those that like to show up and not have to think about their workout. The coaches walk you through every step of the way and you’re never bored with a different work out each session. My favorite thing about OTF is getting to listen to good music will you get to work!
Everything! I have truly enjoyed the variety, the interesting workouts, the music the lighting, and the coaches have been wonderful!
High intensity, I notice improvements over time, of strength and balance; able to lift heavier items I couldn’t before; improved leg strength after knee surgery. I have better posture. I’ve lost weight. I compete against myself. Instructors very knowledgeable, will always provide alternatives, inquire daily if individuals have physical issues.
I like that the same workout takes place each day nationwide. My sister and niece go to Orangetheory in different cities, but we can text about how hard a workout was, etc….great social aspect.
