Fun and efficient workouts
Every day is different and challenging!
Variety, motivation, fun, the strenght-training exercises over a couple classes reach every part of my body (core, legs, arms, flexibility), amazingly increased endurance! The stretches at the end feel fabulous - like a massage - since my body is like a rubber band at the end of a workout. Friendly coaches, staff, and members. I always walk out smiling. I joined OTF McLean on Jan. 1, 2018, so I just celebrated my 2nd Anniversary!

Keep the workout fun and challenging...
i enjoy the variety of workouts as well as the data collection. My only complaint is sometimes my heart rate monitor doesn't work so well (better after purchasing arm band, my chest strap seems to stop working when I sweat), or when the equipment isn't working.
