It is intense and you work all areas of your body, the coaches are hands on, to help when you need them and the crowd I think helps me to push through it.
OT is the best way to maintain and increase your level of physical fitness. Since i RETURNED after COVID - just twice weekly (I do yoga the other five days) - my physical endurance has improved, as well as my agility, my muscle sculpting - i move more confidently and freely in all my life routines after returning to OT. I was getting stiff(er) as I am pushing in to my 60s and OT has improved my limberness and confidence in my body's ability to move more freely. OT is such a valuable exercise routine - the combo treadmill/rower/floor exercises and the increase/decrease of heart rate and pushes definitely make a difference. I've really benefited from the floor exercises that incorporate routines similar to yoga poses but with weights and skips and jumps which I now realize how critical that is to understanding your bodies balance and movement.
The class schedule and predictable time of the classes is enormously helpful scheduling.

I enjoy the trainers/staff. Everyday they are enthusiastic and happy to see me even when I show up at the 5am class not to excited to see them. Lol Once I complete each class I leave feeling amazing and glad I showed up.
The variety of the workouts. Always something different.
The workouts have perfectly planned intervals and are geared towards building strength and endurance as well. The coaches are constantly encouraging to push us and I wouldn't be pushing myself to that extent without their encouragement.

This studio is amazing! I was greeted right away and I already had a welcome sign! The SA (it rhymed with Crimson?) was super friendly and very helpful. Parker the coach was super pumped and had amazing energy. The whole class was awesome. I would recommend this studio to anyone! 10/10!!
