I like the fact that it combines high intensity cardio with weights. The instructors at Midtown are very friendly, young, and energetic. They seem to be concerned about about their clients and correct any poor technique, which I think is very important.

I've been to a lot of OTF locations in Atlanta and across the US. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: the coaches are the best at West Middy!!!! They have solid hip hop/pop/rock playlists, and they're very encouraging. They seem to take note of where you're at (the speed you're typically at on the treadmill or the weights you're capable of using) and will nudge you to up your game when you think you can handle it. I like that the workouts change up to keep it from being boring, but mostly it's the feeling of community there and the feeling that we're all in this together.

We love The Coaches, 5am class, the unique friend group we’ve created all while improving health. We love the tornado class, 3G classes, benchmarks, new upper body. Really all classes.
We keep missing rowing benchmarks- it keeps falling on a Thursday.

The coaches are so engaged and motivating. OTF Woodstock pushes you to be the best version of you. The coaches really pay attention to improve your form. I’ve been to a few other studios and Woodstock is by far my favorite.

OTF has changed my life! From being pretty much a couch potato to working out 3 times per week has really made a huge difference. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and have more energy to do this thing called life. Being 60+ they offer options so I don’t hurt myself and I just flat out have a great time.
