Workouts are always diverse and leave me feeling like I’ve actually worked my whole body out.
You go and they tell you what to do - you do not habe tondecide what is first or second or third. You get a well rounded workout every time! The trainers care about safety and form (this is so important!). They push you to do more, but at your own pace.
Good mix of cardio and strength with fun music
I like that the workout combines both cardio and strength training. I love tracking my statistics with the heart rate monitor and Splat points. The coaches are great and the fellow members are as well. I love everything about the workouts.
I enjoy the physical challenge and the coaches encouragement
The coaches are attentive and friendly. I’m still pretty new, and I appreciate when the coaches help me with my form when lifting. It makes a huge difference. The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful!
Additionally, I have been enjoying the music lately. I like the remixes of songs over EDM. I find that I’m thinking less about how tired I am when I hear a song I’m familiar with and sing along (in my head) :)

The coaches and the variety of workout being offered. I like that once I sign up for a class I feel less inclined to not go because I've committed to a session. I love the encouragement of our coaches as well! If I don't feel like I'm pushing myself but I hear them giving a shout out then I feel more inclined to keep at it!
It’s in general a good quality workout that pushes you to really exercise hard and be accountable to be there at a planned time and makes it fun

I love the coaching direction for each of the blocks. Its not like going into a regular gym and just standing and looking around and feeling overwhelmed! Its also like a family here and Ive been a member for over three years and have met some wonderful friends.
Its the only exercise facility Ive ever really stuck with!

The coaches use GREAT motivational music, constantly monitor us and verbally encourage, AND never miss offering alternate moves for us nearing...60 years of experience. No matter the age or fitness level , they encourage everyone and make all feel welcome and capable with safety first. I joined nearly six years ago , and this has been a constant feature of Pooler, GA coaches like Brooke and Ashley and classes with Kristine and newcomer Tim.
