I really like how the workouts are challenging but also flexible for everyone participating. The trainers are very motivating and give great instruction on the exercise movements.
I like that the workouts are planned. I don’t have to figure out what I should do. I’m lost on a weight floor by myself. I also like that they are different each time. I like that the exercises are just for a few minutes each. Even on the treadmill! Not just 1 hour mindless on a treadmill. I love that things are always changing and the challenge/active recovery setup. And I don’t mind an “all out”…. Let’s do this!
What is best about my Rome studio is the people. Kipp and his team of coaches are personable, engaging and friendly. It’s the only gym I’ve stuck to this long!!!!! I am very thankful!
I also think it’s worth mentioning that I’ve been exercising at OTF for about 6 months injury-free. I think this is very important and shows the care given to well planned training.
Everything; the workouts take you to the point you never thought you could.
It's a full body workout. High intensity interval based. Only suggestion for new people just getting back into fitness. ... take it slooooow. You won't use it as much as you think going in because you're going to be very sore between workouts. Might only make it 4 times the first month or so
I like the high energy of the instructors. The class format is challenging. I like being able to have choices of times to take classes.

I love that I am never thinking “when is this class going to be over?”. It’s always fun and challenging and I feel a magnificent change in my body, energy, and overall wellness since I became an OTF member!
The coaches! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is very clean. Every workout is different.

They all are good about coming by to make minor adjustments to form, or offer a modification if they know you need one, or see you might benefit from one.
Other OTFs I have been to in the area, the coaches do not seem to come by and check form etc.

fast pace gets my workout completed quickly because I hate working out
