The OTF Mableton location coaches (that have stayed) are great. They are energetic and do their best to make the workouts fun. I would say the technology needs some improving as there have been many times where all treadmills, rowers, and/or the monitor for the weight floor are not working properly. If this gym was as packed as others, I feel that this would be attended to more efficiently.

I love the consistency of endurance, strength, power with the variety of the floor, rower, tread and different exercises. Every day is different, but it's clear that there's an overall plan. The OTF coaches are fantastic; they know members and their needs, are great at encouraging each individual and the group, and are always available for questions. Special shout out to Coach Tania who is the G.O.A.T!
I didn't know what I was doing when I started working out. But this workout is only an hour, they tell you what to do, and it is great exercise!

I love the variety of exercises (seems to never really repeat themselves) and the epically enthusiastic coaches really make the hour fly by and are great for keeping our technique correct and safe.
Love the environment, and that I don’t have to think about it at all: all I do is I show up and a fantastic, challenging, and varying workout is waiting for me.

I love the energy and encouragement. I love the ability to see my information on machines when I login. I wish our company offered a discount to OTF so kore folks could get in shape and having fun doing it.
I really enjoy the variety of the workouts - I also like the differences in 2g and 3g format. The addition of strength 50 and tread 50 is really nice too. I love all our coaches and feel like each of them bring unique positive things to the workouts that I attend. I have been a member for almost 5 years and always look forward to my hour at the studio.
The one thing I am not crazy about is how small the workout floor is - I don't feel that when classes are full that some of our members are very mindful of how crowded the space is on the weight floor. I wish the coaches would remind people of space and being aware of others around them. I often feel like people don't pay attention and just do their thing in other people's space. I have had multiple times where people are literally working out in my tiny box of space - and it is really annoying. Especially when TRX is involved it can be very packed and not conducive to a good workout. I don't remember this being such an issue pre-covid - I always felt like people were more mindful back then, but since we started filling up more in the past year or so I just feel like a lot of our members have gotten away from respecting those around them. Anything at all the team could do to encourage people to be mindful would be really appreciated when the classes are full.
It’s challenging! Every class is different! Time flies by!! Most of all the coaches want to see each person succeed!

Instructors are always upbeat and personable. Great staff! And the workouts are usually tough and challenging, And I prefer it that way because I want to be pushed and push myself as well.
This just works for me. The accountability is crucial for me.
OTF uses a varied approach to workouts - endurance, strength, &/or speed - to create individually challenging workouts each class. The coaches are amazing - helping to encourage, challenge, and motivate the class though the workout. It’s an awesome way experience - I definitely get more out of the workouts than I would get on my own.
Motivating! Pushes me past my comfort zone every time. There’s always new exercises so I don’t get bored.

The staff and coaches are great! Have had a few friends from other studios come to workouts at Smyrna with me and they’ve loved the staff and coaches as well. I like that the workouts are challenging without being daunting (or overly painful) and you can get a total body workout.

I love the energy of the coaches! They are great motivators and really make you feel better when struggling during a workout!!
The variety of classes. My favorites are the 3g and strength classes. It helps to have an encouraging coach who bring energy to the room.
The staff is friendly and supportive. It’s the only gym I’ve been able to commit to because of the personal trainers. The atmosphere is competitive for those who want to be but also allows you to work at your own level. I have seen my body change over the last two years of only working out as little as twice a week. I also love the challenges because they motivate me to work harder.
It’s like a personal trainer in a group setting. The coaches are always motivating and positive. I love how the workouts are constantly changing every few minutes so every part feels doable. The workouts make me feel great physically and mentally.
1 hour of pain that is worth it. Instructors are great.
