That it is lead by a personal trainer that corrects form, I don’t have to firgure out what to do at the gym and I get a full body workout in an hour!
I like the variety of the classes, the coaches who push you to go extra hard and the mix of cardio and strength.

It's a full body workout every time. There's a wide range of ages taking part in this workout; everyone's at different levels but there's a common goal. I lovingly refer to this workout as "boot camp". The coaches do encourage you to hang in there and give it your best. But unlike "boot camp,"
it's done with safety in mind first along with lots of encouragement.
