I enjoy the split cardio and strength training workouts.
I'm a fat old lady (soon to be 70 years old). Coaches are always more than happy to modify exercises to accommodate my several orthopedic issues. All staff is friendly and encouraging. I can't yet make it through an entire workout without having to stop and catch my breath a few times, but I'm in way better shape than I was a year and a half ago. This includes needing to take months off for knee replacement surgery, emergency gall bladder surgery, and covid. I can't speak highly enough of this program. I may not be able to get into the shape I was in 50 years ago when I was a national level athlete, but I'm determined to get as close as I can, and your program definitely helps.

The workouts are different almost every day. The coaches switch up upper and lower body. I need direction and guidance while working out.
