Great energy, good mix of cardio and strength. Claire is a fantastic coach and I always am happy when I can do one of her workouts.
Only complaint is that sometimes I think coaches play music a bit too loud (not aimed at any specific coach).

The balance across all three parts of a 3G workout is exactly the combination of strength and cardio that I need to stay healthy.
It’s structured but different every time and flexible enough to modify for varying fitness levels.
