In one hour, I get both cardio and strength training. Everyday is different. It never gets boring!
That it's very dense, it works you hard but doesn't require hours at the gym.
I like most of the workouts. Primarily for the variety. I do not like when we get partnered up. Those workouts are awful.

It's comprehensive. It works you from head to toe - each day is different. The camaraderie is unparalleled and coaches push you harder than you thought you could go. Joining was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I love the workouts. It pushes me to work out harder than I would on my own. This is a very small thing that I have noticed lately is that not all the instructors give modifications. I am still in the processing of healing my core post baby and there are some moves I still can't do. It would be nice for modifications so I didn't have to wait for the instructor to come assist. I also work out with a friend who is pregnant. She waits after every single instruction for a new block for help from the instructor. It's not a major issue, it's small, but it takes away from time you can be working out. I'm sure there are plenty of other individuals who need modifications for whatever reason and that option should be given.
Like I mentioned, not a huge issue but something would be make the experience even better. Thanks for the opportunity for me to share.

I love that I can come in for one hour and get the workout I need. Time is precious for our family and my husband and I are grateful to have orangetheory as a part of our routine. The variety and intensity are also what we love about orangetheory.

The motivation to keep going & improving is key. The fact that the workouts are varied is wonderful!

I like it when there is a printed workout taped to the treadmill - it allows me to work at my own pace and still get a great workout.
I love that the workouts are structured and quick. To accomplish what I do in an Orange Theory workout would take me a lot longer than sixty minutes on my own! I love how the instructors never mind questions and are quick to point out ways to improve form so no one gets hurt. Every person who works at Orange Theory is so nice. This is a super welcoming place to go. Super upbeat!
